Screenprinting Wrapping Paper

Service Description

In this 2.5 hour class, participants will be introduced to Screenprinting and will create imagery using the freezer paper method to be printed on craft paper for holiday wrapping. The method used in this class is a freezer paper, stencil method—an easy way to continue to use this practice after the course. Each person will walk away with 25 feet of printed wrapping paper. Participants will also have the option to work in groups of two to print two colored wrapping paper or use pre-burned screens as a second layer. No experience is necessary, bring a friend and see you at Paradise! ___________ This course meets on; + Saturday, December 2nd 1:00–3:30pm _______________ Included in the course fee; + screen for printing + pre-mixed inks to choose from + freezer paper + craft paper–25 feet + materials needed to make your stencil including pens and cutting tools _______________ About the instructor; Ashley is the owner of Paradise Press and Print Studio and loves teaching her favorite printmaking techniques. She especially is fond of letterpress printing because of the complexities and details needed to complete a print.

Cancellation Policy

Paradise Press and Print Studio reserves the right to cancel a workshop if fewer than 3 participants register, the possibility of dangerous weather conditions, and any unforeseen building or studio issues. If Paradise Press and Print Studio needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop, participants will have the option to continue to be enrolled in the new course time or request a refund or course credit. ________________ Participant Cancelation: We require at least 3 days notice of cancellation, regardless of reason, to receive a full refund. Any cancellation less than 3 days prior to the workshop, will receive a workshop credit good for 60 days for any available workshop of equal value. If you are more than 45 minutes late, you will be considered a “no show” and it will be too late to receive a refund, workshop credit, or begin typesetting & printing at this point.
