Private Event Print Session

Service Description

This private print session is great for team-building, large family events, or even to get a group of friends together to print with. This session allows up to 10 participants and gives the group the entire studio during the two-hour session for privacy and custom working time. Private events give you personal instruction and one-on-one guidance on the tools and process of the medium you want to explore. The options for mediums are Risograph Printing, Screenprinting, Letterpress, or Book Binding. ________________ Participants can expect the following; + If choosing Risograph, two color prints for each participant with 10 copies using analog or collage processes + If choosing Screenprinting, creating 10 editions of a single color print using stencil or monoprinting techniques + If choosing Letterpress, creating in a group of 2, 5-10 print editions of a poster with type + If choosing Book Binding, instruction on how to create sketchbooks in pamphlet and drum leaf binding—each participant creates a 5 page book with cover pages in each style. ________________ Please note, private events require time to coordinate and plan for. We may be able to fit events in, but please allow for up to 2-weeks out on scheduling the event. Once you purchase, we will be in touch to help coordinate a time.

Cancellation Policy

Paradise Press and Print Studio reserves the right to cancel a workshop if fewer than 3 participants register, the possibility of dangerous weather conditions, and any unforeseen building or studio issues. If Paradise Press and Print Studio needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop, participants will have the option to continue to be enrolled in the new course time or request a refund or course credit. ________________ Participant Cancelation: We require at least 3 days notice of cancellation, regardless of reason, to receive a full refund. Any cancellation less than 3 days prior to the workshop, will receive a workshop credit good for 60 days for any available workshop of equal value. If you are more than 45 minutes late, you will be considered a “no show” and it will be too late to receive a refund, workshop credit, or begin typesetting & printing at this point.
